This method of crochet uses the special "Double Ended Crochet Hook". A
hook on each end enables two or more colors to be easily worked within the same piece.
For practice, use a Double Ended Crochet Hook size H-8 {5mm} and Knitting Worsted
weight yarn in two contrasting colors which we are gonna call "A" and "B".
With color A, chain 20
Row 1
With B chain 1, insert hook in 2nd chain from hook, yarn over and draw up a loop,
keeping all loops on hook, draw up a loop in each stitch of chain-----21 loops on hook.
Row 2
Push stitches to other end of hook, turn. With A, yarn over and draw through
first loop, *yarn over and draw through 2 loops, repeat from *across until one loop remains on hook. Do not turn.
Row 3
With B chain 1, insert hook under top horizontal bar between first 2 vertical
bars, yarn over and draw up a loop, keeping all loops on hook, draw up a loop in each horizontal bar across----21 loops on
hook.
Continue to repeat Rows 2 and 3 for Basic Reversible Crochet-Knit
pattern. Always end a completed piece after Row 2.
Please note: Always use color A when working from left to right and Color
B when working from right to left.
